Overview
Users may wish to enable Closed Captioning during events. Our online classes allow users to toggle Closed Captioning on and off during the event.
Enable Closed Captioning on a Desktop or Laptop Computer
To enable Closed Captioning on a desktop or laptop computer, please follow these instructions:
- Place your mouse cursor over the video section to view the video controls and locate the Closed Captioning icon outlined in red below. This icon will appear as two C's in a rectangle.
- After locating the Closed Captioning icon, click on it to bring up the Closed Captioning menu
- Once the Closed Captioning menu comes up, select English, highlighted in red below
Closed Captioning should now be appearing at the bottom of the video section during the event.
Enable Closed Captioning on a Mobile Device
To enable Closed Captioning on a mobile device, please follow these instructions:
- Locate the Closed Captioning icon in the bottom right hand side of the screen, identified by the red box below. The icon will appear as two C's with a solid rectangle behind them.
- Tap on the Closed Captioning icon to bring up the Closed Captioning menu
- When the Closed Captioning menu appears, tap on English, identified by the red box below
Closed Captioning should now be appearing at the bottom of the video section during the event.
Note: At this time, Closed Captioning is only offered in English
