Overview
Users may need to reload the web page for a variety of reasons such as buffering or resetting the page so that slides may appear properly. In this article, we'll walk through various methods of reloading the webpage on desktop and mobile browsers.
Note: Reloading the webpage will not reset presence checks earned. Our system safely stores all completed presence checks.
Reload the Webpage - Desktop Browser
When a user needs to reload the webpage, there are a few options available for desktop browsers, we have listed these methods below.
Using The Browser Reload Icon
To reload the webpage using your desktop browser, please follow these instructions:
- Locate your browsers address bar, typically this is where you would type https://freece.com
- To the left of the address bar, locate the Reload icon identified using the red box below:
- Click the reload icon and your page should reload
Using The Refresh The Website Button
To reload the webpage using the "Refresh The Website button", please click on the button in the event. To see an example of what this button looks like, please see the following image.
Using Keyboard Shortcuts
To reload the webpage using keyboard shortcuts, please follow the instructions below for your Operating System:

Reload the Webpage - Mobile Browser
To reload your webpage using a mobile browser, please follow the instructions below:
Using The Browser Reload Icon
On a mobile device, users may have access to the browsers reload icon. Please follow the instructions below to reload the webpage on a mobile device:
- Locate your browsers address bar
- Next to your browsers address bar, there should be an icon that looks like an arrow pointing in a clockwise circle, this icon is identified by the red box in the image below. If this icon is not present, please see There Is No Reload Icon
- Tapping this icon should reload the webpage
There Is No Reload Icon
If a mobile browser does not display a reload icon, there may be an extra menu that users need to navigate to. Please follow these instructions if the reload icon is not initially present:
- Locate the ellipses icon (This icon may be at the top of bottom of your screen, it may be represented by three dots or three lines stacked vertically), in our image below, this icon is in the bottom right, identified by a red box
- After locating the ellipses icon, tap on on it to bring up the next menu
- After the next menu appears, you should see an option to "Reload", this option is identified by a red box in the image below
- Tap this option to reload the webpage
