Home Study courses can be completed at any time. They are on-demand courses and not to be confused with live CE credits, which are when the webinar is scheduled for a specific time and date. (You can find more information regarding live CEs here.)
Home study courses are found in your LEARNING PORTAL in the Catalogs under Home Study .
Click REGISTER to enroll in and gain access to a specific course.
After selecting REGISTER for a course, you can return later to complete the course by clicking on MY LEARNING
Home study courses will show a START or RESUME button.
Clicking START or RESUME, will direct you to the course details page where you can take the pre-evaluation, review the materials, complete the final, and take the post-evaluation under Course Actions on the right side of your portal.
To earn credit for a home study course, you must receive a score of 70% or better on the final exam. There are unlimited attempts to pass. (You will not be able to take the final exam until you have completed the pre-evaluation)
Once you have passed the test you will be prompted to complete a mandatory post-evaluation.
Credit will not be granted until the time the post-evaluation is completed.
Once you’ve completed the post-evaluation, you will receive your certificate of completion in MY CERTIFICATES*
