To report your PA Child Abuse Credit to PALS/PA Board of Pharmacy, your date of birth, license number, and the last four digits of your social security number must be provided. This is requested in the post-evaluation following the completion of the course. However, the information can also be updated on your freeCE account as directed below.
Reporting begins Friday mornings, with a cutoff on Thursday evenings. You may use the same course each year. While the credit can be reported to PALS/PA Board of Pharmacy each year, it will only be reported to NABP/CE Broker for the initial completion. Subsequent completions of the same course will not be reported to NABP/CE Broker.
To update your date of birth and license information:
1. Login to your freeCE account at https://www.freece.com/ (Please see Signing Into Your Account for directions)
2. Click My Profile
3. Click Credential Details
4. Select your profession and click Continue
5. Select Pennsylvania from the dropdown and click Continue
You will then add your license number, issue date, date of birth and last 4 digits of your SSN number.
If you do not see PROFILE in a menu on the left upon login, click MY ACCOUNT > MY LEARNING PORTAL to continue with the instructions above.
