Overview
Buffering may occur due to various outside factors such as network congestion, storms, a weak Wi-Fi signal or other factors not listed. You may be experiencing buffering if you are consistently losing audio and video and seeing a spinning circle on the screen which results in a poor viewing experience.

Adjust The Streaming Quality
Oftentimes, the easiest way to try and prevent buffering is by adjusting the streaming quality. Please use the steps below to adjust the streaming quality.
- Place your cursor over the video section to view the video controls and locate the Gear icon outlined in red below
- After locating the gear icon, click the icon to bring up the quality menu
- After the quality menu appears, locate the lowest option available, in our example below it is 150Kbps
- Click on the lowest option available and your streaming experience should improve shortly
Note: If you need to reload your web page, you will need to complete these steps again
Restart Your Device
Computers, like all machines, require maintenance and sometimes they may fail to perform their job. We've found that often, when buffering is present, a device may need to be restarted to free up system resources.
Disconnect Your VPN
Certain corporate, government and private VPNs may limit the internet speeds of certain activities classified as "Not Essential". If Adjusting The Streaming Quality did not work, please try disconnecting from your VPN.
