How Do I Access A Live Class?

This article will show users how to access their registered classes that they have previously registered for

Accessing A Live Class On A Desktop Computer

To access a live class on a computer, please follow the instructions below:

1. Sign into your account at https://freece.com
2. If you are already registered for a class, it will display in My Notifications. You can access your notifications by clicking the bell icon in the upper right of your portal.
   You can also click My Learning and Start/Resume to the right of the course to access it.
3. Once in the course details, you will complete the pre-evaluation for the class prior to the start of it by clicking Take Pre Evaluation under Course Actions.
   
4. After completing the pre-evaluation, you will then be redirected back to the course information page where you may then enter the webinar lobby
   Please note: you will not be able to enter the webinar more than 20 minutes before the scheduled start time. 
5. You will then be redirected to the webinar lobby, where you must click on "Click Here To Attend" To load into the class
   

Accessing A Live Class On A Mobile Device

To access a live class on a mobile device, please follow the instructions below:

1. Sign into your account at https://freece.com
2. If you are already registered for a class, you can access it by clicking My Learning in your Portal and then Start/Resume on the course
   
3. Once on the course details page, click Enter Webinar Lobby. (If you have not completed the pre-evaluation for the class yet, you will need to complete this before accessing the class. If you are not seeing the menu options in the image below, please scroll down on your mobile device.)
   
   
   
4. Once the webinar lobby loads, click "Click Here To Attend" to join the classroom. (you may need to scroll on your device if your device is using a small screen).
